70s Bathroom Makeover

This bathroom had all the stereotypical 70’s elements and was in need of a makeover. This bathroom was a great size and we kept the water closet and shower in the same location to help save on costs. But, other than that, we were able to do a complete overhaul of the room.

Before:

Design 1:

The layout of this bathroom started with switching the jacuzzi tub with a stand alone one. With all the extra wall space, we were able to add a large vanity with a makeup station, a smaller vanity next to the shower, and an oversized shower with a bench.

Design 2:

In this design, we extended the shower down the wall, giving enough room for double shower heads. The tub sits squarely under the window and we had room for a nice double sink vanity.

As with all of our virtual designs, we offer feedback & revisions, shopping lists, and elevations.
