Modern Desert AirBnB Design

This virtual consultation design was for a wonderful client looking to update their AirBnB. Virtual consultations include a 30 minute video call, 2 mood boards for each space and a color palettes to bring the space together. 

 

 The house is located in Arizona and most vacationers come here looking for the beautiful Southwest vistas, relaxing under the hot Sun and hiking through the desert. The AirBnB host was looking to bring the desert color palette inside the house to give that fun getaway experience. 

Because of the unique function of an AirBnB, we found durable fabrics and materials for the house. In the living room, we used leather seating. Leather is a great option for high traffic areas – it wipes down easily, ages beautifully and looks high-end. Wooden end tables and coffee tables provide sturdy options to place drinks and put up your feet after a long day of hiking.

Gathering around the table for games, eating and just hanging out is a key feature of long-weekends. We provided options with solid wood tables, durable chairs and desert-inspired wall decor. 

In the bedrooms, we kept it simple, as per the request of the host. After a day of exploring the Southwest desert, we wanted to create a clean space that welcomes back the travelers. 

The AirBnB host is excited to implement these designs in the home and can’t wait to welcome their guests into this fun space!
