Our team put together a Full Service E-Design for this beautiful new build home in West Chester, Ohio. We focused on creating a neutral, airy design fit for large family gatherings.
We started with the living room, giving them three different layout options. With a large family, the home owners really wanted to prioritize seating. The family loves neutral colors and simple, clean lined furniture.
The massive fireplace is the focal point in the living room. By using a black tile, we really extenuated the height of the room. Our team gave a few different options on what to put on either side of the fireplace.
In the dining room, the home owners wanted the eclectic look of mismatched chairs, while continuing the neutral design of the living room. We used a combination of upholstered cream, light wood and thin black metal on all the chairs. Our designer also sourced chairs all within a 1-2″ height gap.
The homeowners had a sunroom they were turning into a meditation room. They wanted white modular furniture and bold floor pillows. We used natural materials for the side table and coffee table and a soft natural fiber rug.
